Does anyone else have a terrible time getting into a nice workout routine? It can’t just be me. Yeah, I want a fantastic body and the self-love and self-confidence to boot, but I cannot get off my lazy ass and move. I’d rather sit in my chair and cry about how fat I am getting or why I’m such a failure at life. Why can’t I just get motivated.
One too many times I’ve been told to ‘go to the gym’ you’ll love it after awhile. Ummmm, no thanks. If you are anything like me you probably grimace at the sheer thought of going to the gym. You mean people will be………..watching me? F*** NO! I’d rather punch myself in the face.

4. FIND SOMETHING YOU LIKE TO DO
5. DEDICATE 10 MINUTES A DAY TO SAID THINGS
6. FORM HABIT
7. LOOK SEXY
See? 7 easy steps with no explanation necessary. So how do you find the work out that is right for you? Because what works for you may not work for me and vice versa. Seriously though, find that thing you can enjoy doing and dedicate 10 minutes a day. And that can be transferred to any part of life, not just working out.
